Welcome to pk36t (referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"). pk36t is an English-language online gambling information and platform portal designed for Pakistani users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pk36t in relation to your access to and use of the Platform, including all services, features, content and functionality made available through https://pk36t.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pk36t does not claim to be licensed, endorsed or regulated by any Pakistani authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. Users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable law in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the pk36t Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentive amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering or rollover requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full Account functionality.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory and procedural controls applied to detect and prevent the use of the Platform for unlawful financial activity.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed by you using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the pk36t website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://pk36t.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the primary currency denomination referenced for illustrative amounts on the Platform.

To register and maintain a pk36t Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by pk36t or any third-party responsible gambling program.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by pk36t for breach of these Terms.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify pk36t of any changes via our support channel.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• pk36t will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify pk36t support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. pk36t reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted at the operator's discretion without prior notice. Payment methods including those contextually referenced on the Platform — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are presented for informational context only. Actual availability of any payment method is subject to the operator's current technical integration and applicable regulations. These payment brands do not endorse, affiliate with or confirm support of gambling services.

• Deposits: Funds are credited to your Account only after the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. pk36t is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and AML checks. Processing times vary by method.
• Currency: Where amounts are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) on the Platform, these are illustrative references. Actual account currency depends on the operator's supported currency configuration.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.

pk36t may offer Welcome Offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonus amounts shown on the Platform — including illustrative examples such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" or "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" — are indicative only and do not represent confirmed live promotions. Actual bonus terms, amounts and eligibility criteria are published in the relevant promotion-specific terms at the time the promotion is active.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds not met by the wagering requirement within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• pk36t reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has opted in, earned bonus funds will be honoured subject to any applicable pro-rata adjustment.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, collusion or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, game or market. For sports betting — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC markets — applicable rules cover bet acceptance, void conditions, settlement timescales and dispute procedures. For casino games, the rules of each game variant are governed by the game studio's published rules as displayed in the game interface.

• A wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed during technical disruptions may be voided at the operator's discretion.
• pk36t reserves the right to limit, suspend or close access to any market, game or event at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, pk36t reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Winnings from legitimate settled bets will be credited to your Account Balance. The Platform does not guarantee a specific return on any wager.

pk36t is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all markets, including Pakistan. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of income or financial distress. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools to help users stay in control of their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session & Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders and time limits to manage the length of your gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, all access to your Account is suspended and marketing communications are suppressed.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of your current session and net wagering position.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or other prohibited software to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users, employees or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or event manipulation related to sports markets available on the Platform.

All content on the pk36t Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, data and compilation — is the property of pk36t or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk36t. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk36t, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk36t makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose or error-free operation of the Platform. In particular, pk36t does not warrant that any specific odds, game outcome or promotional offer will be available at any given time.

pk36t reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC/AML verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal or unlawful activity.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the Account poses a responsible gambling risk.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder after completion of applicable AML checks. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited at the operator's discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its applicable operating license. Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. pk36t does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the lawfulness of use of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.

pk36t reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://pk36t.cam/terms-conditions together with the effective date of the revision. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, pk36t will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Account holders via the email address registered on their Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and to periodically review these Terms for updates.
